We are currently seeking an IT Sales Engineer to provide sales and IT project management support in our Cleveland, OH territory. JOB SUMMARY: In this role you will provide field based technical expertise for Hill-Rom Communications and Architectural Product Lines.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Technical consultant to Hill-Rom Field Sales and customers for assigned product lines.Assist Customers in the designing the correct product configuration for their specific application.Provide Project Management with the necessary information to produce accurate and timely product proposals.Educate Field Sales, architects, equipment planners, and the hospital technical representatives on the product lines.Track and expedite projects once an order has been received.Provide installation information and on-site technical support to contractors installing our Architectural Products.Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:B.S. in Engineering, Architectural Design, or Construction is preferred.Minimum of 5 years experience providing technical support on electrical/mechanical systems in hospitals. Prefer this experience be in a field based technical sales support position.Experience in designing or specifying electrical/mechanical systems in the hospital patient room environment. Proven ability to make technical presentations. Knowledge of electrical codes for the hospital industry.
