Sales Administrator
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Sales Administrator, you will assist our Account Executives, Project Mangers and others in planning and organizing sales efforts, projects and other various activities, as well as tracking sales effort and project progress, preparation and requirements. We will rely on your ability to work independently, as well as your commitment to exceed customer satisfaction by assisting our Sales and Marketing departments to ensure that project documents, marketing materials and project submittals meet the customer's requirements.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the organization of all sales materials and presentationsAssist with preparation of response for proposals to potential clientsAssist with the organization and setup of sales and marketing eventsAssist in building relationships with alliance partners Scheduling meetings as necessary Assist in support of the entire sales team as required
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED: College degree preferred in Marketing or Business related discipline and experience working in a technology environment.Extremely articulate, competitive by nature, motivated to succeed, and excels in a fast-paced, high energy environment.Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills, ability to influence, mobilize and coordinate project activities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
