Sales / Account Executive

We need a resource in the any of the following territories: Irvine, CA and/or San Francisco Bay Area.

A leading consulting and staff augmentation boutique firm is in search of a proven Sr. Sales/Account Manager to help us grow our company by generating, developing, and closing new business. The ideal candidate will have experience selling staff augmentation solutions in the ERP arena (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, etc.) and will possess the following skills & experience:

Minimum qualifications:
* 5+ years of successful and proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales quota in selling I.T./Software staff augmentation solutions to decision makers * Full-cycle sales experience from cold calling and lead generation to deal negotiation and close * Possess existing book of contacts * Polished and professional in appearance with excellent communication skills * Experienced in selling staff augmentation solutions is a MUST (preferably Oracle!) * Large company experience preferable (e.g. Robert Half etc.) * Computer/Internet literate including strong MS Office skills * Ability to travel throughout Southern California (although national travel may be required as necessary) * Bachelor*s Degree preferred

We offer a competitive compensation plan based on your experience, and includes a base salary, commissions, and bonus plan.
