SYSTEMS TRAINER

Talbert Medical Group, an independent physician owned medical multi-specialty group serving Orange and LA counties has an immediate opening for an experienced SYSTEMS TRAINER to join our Information Services department.



This new add to staff opportunity will develop, administer and conduct system training programs for clerical, clinical, technical and physician personnel.  Evaluate and modify existing programs to ensure programs specifications are meeting customer goals / objectives. 



Position Summary: Assist customers in developing and facilitating new employee computer training.  Develop and implement system training programs for customers. Develop and implement Super Users training program for each customer, including training materials and system set up. Evaluate and revise training program materials as needed.  Develop and maintain E-learning website including new training programs and user accounts.  Prepare and distribute training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids to meet training objectives. Contact attendees and customer representatives about training programs, schedules appropriate classrooms and prepares physical set up.  Prepare and distribute communication regarding system updates, changes and enhancements.





Qualified candidates: BA or BS degree preferred, minimum AA degree required with minimum 2+ years EPIC and /or training experience. EPIC certified preferred.Formal training certification strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to speak in front of small and large groups / class setting.  Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to meet defined training objectives. Strong multi-tasking skills. Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.  



Position is full-time; project based and will have a “dedicated desk” at corporate office location. Position will require local travel to training locations.
