SR SAP Security Analyst
Location Lawrenceville, GA 30043 Status Full Time, Employee Sage Software Healthcare Division has an immediate opening for a SR SAP Security Analyst The Sr SAP Security Analyst will be required to provide project-based security support, and will implement the end-state security schema for 4000 users across the North America-wide Sage entities utilizing SAP ECC, CRM, Business Warehouse, and Enterprise Portal. The position will provide security and authorization support for sandbox, development, quality, training and production environments. This position will work closely with the SAP process/config and development teams to develop the required role to position mappings and security requirements and then implement the required structure. Operates under minimum supervision and with discretion and is capable of independent judgment in analyses and/or recommendations. KEY RESPonSIBilITIES: To perform this job successfully, Sr SAP Security Analyst will have the basic responsibilities enumerated below. SAP security expertise in SAP ECC, CRM, BI, Solution Manager and Portal applications running on Netweaver 2004S (ABAP and JAVA impl) The duties will include strategy, architecture, design, build and testing of SAP security functions for the project. Experience with project implementations and administration work including running user workshops to assist collecting information to Master Role/Restricted Role/ Composite Roles Knowledgeable on Industry specific security & controls / work with teams to implement relevant Restriction requirement Excellent written and oral communication skills Work with configuration / developer teams and support day to day security issues Experience in implementing GRC controls using Role Manager, virsa and other tools Have strong documentation skills be a good team player Design, develop and implement SAP Role Based Security for ECC, CRM, BI & Portal. SAP Modules include FI (all areas), CO, MM, SD and CRM. Participate in requirements gathering, assessment, design, configuration and testing activities for SAP security. Lead the development of SAP CRM, SAP ECC, BI, HR, and FI and SAP Portal security Roles and guidelines. Design and document security administration policies and procedures for the production environment. Work with the technical teams to design technical security including table, report, program, and interface security for the production environment. Work with business, change management, human resources, finance, and information services business process teams to test and refine security Work with SAP to investigate and resolve software problems related to the application in a timely manner Implement and oversee security processes and procedures to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements. Oversee existing security processes and procedures to ensure they are followed with no SOX violations. Perform periodic reviews to check compliance. Work as a liaison with SOX and audit teams on internal control design for SAP security, and execution and testing of the controls. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree required. Preference for a technical degree. 5-7 years overall experience in Information Technology 5+ years of SAP experience designing, implementing and administering SAP security Must have lived thru at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations Preference for experience working in a SAP landscape that includes Enterprise Core, CRM, Business Warehouse, and Portals Experience working with Solution Manager · Excellent problem solving and analytical skills · Strong System/Application trouble shooting skills Demonstrated capability in systems design and SDLC methodologies · Strong teambuilding skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with others. Must be effective in a matrixed and geographically distributed environment · Leads activities and works constructively with others · Solid verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills · Must be willing to work evenings and/or weekends as required. · Must be self-motivated in learning new technologies and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members and posses a strong work ethic and high standards of quality.
