SPO Associate

SUMMARY

Apply data management techniques and sound business judgment in the analysis and execution of timely business decisions.  Candidate will ensure that all stakeholders comply with company process/procedures to execute contractual changes.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work directly with Automotive Dealer Organization Managers.Develop and maintain a positive client relationship.Work directly with clients and Urban Science Experts to conduct market analysis studies and respond to dealer proposals utilizing Urban Science network planning methodologies. Investigates and probes to collect data from automotive Dealers and Candidates. Analyzes collected data.Prepares thorough dealer contracts and oversees dealer contractual management processes. Demonstrates business and financial analysis skills to produce calculations of net working capital and verify dealer financial information.Interprets complex franchise laws and initiates correct corresponding action regarding relocations, statutory notifications, etc.Computer skills to update the necessary systems that form the source of Dealer data for all other system users. Uses internal computer software, for example, to generate composite comparison groups.Works comfortably with ambiguity, aggressive deadlines, and a diverse set of opinions and priorities. Co-ordinate all client requests.  Ensuring quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction of all deliverables. Manages multiple concurrent tasks.Initiates effective and appropriate communications with automotive dealers. Notifies internal and external Stakeholders of a pending Dealer changes.Coordinates with corporate Legal, Market Analysis, and other subject matter experts as needed. Secures input and approval from decision-makers.Anticipates and resolves issues that arise during contract processes. Tracks, maintains and reports data, including Dealer contract files and change proposals.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detailDevelop exhibits for presentations.Oversee planning and coordination of employee meetings and eventsAnalyze/Maintain Billing Invoices for Financial Aspect Dealer ContractsAbility to collaborate, possess team orientation, and have dedication to meeting and exceeding the expectations of other team members

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for setting objectives, participating in performance appraisals, assigning and prioritizing work, establishing and maintaining quality, quantity and timeliness of work, coaching, mentoring, managing and motivating any assigned Associates.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 Client relationship management experience required.Dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.Able to independently prioritize daily work assignments.Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills.Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, interpersonal skills (sociability and assertiveness) and project management skills required.Strong PC windows skills, in depth knowledge of databases, Access, Excel and other Microsoft Office products. 2 - 4 years related experienceAutomotive, mortgage or finance experience a plus

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Math, GIS, Business, Finance, MIS, CIS or related field.
