SOLUTIONS CENTER AGENT

The Webmedx Solution Center is the enterprise technical helpdesk for a collection of corporate applications used on a national scale.  The Solution Center is responsible for ensuring that our customers enjoy “Remarkable Resultsâ€� each time they contact us for help.  As a part of this team, you are able to use your talents and skills to diagnose issues, test solutions, and implement measures to resolve their issues.  You will help evaluate, prioritize, and answer questions concerning applications, networking, and hardware.  You will also participate in resolution of issues that require higher levels of expertise to participate in developing the solution. 

 

Your customers will be hospitals, clinics and corporate system users who have purchased our products and services.  Internally you will support Webmedx corporate users, field employees, and production workers who work from their homes.  Your professional and organizational skills will ensure each issue is handled with exemplary customer service care.  Your ability to prioritize tasks, calls, and tickets will be utilized and rewarded. 

 

Bring your analytical technical skills in Application Analysis, Networking, Telephony, HL7, as well as familiarity with Hospital Systems (third party systems such as Softmed, Cerner, and Meditech) and put them to good use.  You can also use your hardware skills including PC configuration and system diagnosis. Use your software skills such as, Microsoft operating systems, Office, and remote communication tools (such as winVNC).

 

We greatly value the ability to work flexible schedules including first, second, and third shift including weekends.  If desired, the opportunity for overtime is often available. 

 

You should possess two years of experience supporting internal and external customers and at least a Bachelor degree.  Our preference will be toward technical degrees.
