US Citizenship required.The Information Technology Standards Lead/Specialist performs Systems Engineering analysis on proposed changes to DoD approved international/national/local IT standards, assessing their impact on Marine Corps systems. The Lead/Specialist facilitates development of the DoDAF Technical View 1, 1a and 2 architectural products for incorporation into Information Support Plans (ISP) or Net-Ready Key Performance Parameters (NR-KPP) documentation.QualificationsBachelors degree and 10 years of System Engineering experience with increasing responsibility. Experience preparing and analyzing Technical View - 1 (TV-1) architecture documents is requiredFamiliarity with communications standards and protocols such as those contained in IEEE, ANSI or IANA standards, is highly desirable.Experience with national-level technical workings groups (sponsored by Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)) is highly desirable.
