SAP Portal Lead

The Technical Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership on projects. This position is expected to provide thought leadership in the areas of Software Development and Enterprise Architecture. This position supports business analysis through technical subject matter expertise and with our offshore team. This resource also reports back to Senior Management levels during the life cycle of any given project.

The Technical Lead will also facilitate, coordinate and deliver the design, system tests, IT readiness and deployment of web-based business solutions by leading cross-functional teams of technical experts whose roles span Development, Infrastructure and Help Desk roles. They will be responsible for evaluating, demonstrating and implementing processes, practices and tools that enhance the IT function's effectiveness in implementing business solutions.

Requirements:
- Experience with Portals (SAP Preferred)
- Experience with ASP / .Net / C#., Microsoft Sharepoint
- Expertise in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) - Experience leading a team of developers
- Expertise in .NET architecture and design to effectively lead project teams in the design and implementation of enterprise business solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document systems and processes, and create specifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical academic program, such as Computer Information Systems (CIS) or Computer Science (CS), Engineering, or a Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience.


Preferred:

- Knowledge of SAP is the biggest plus
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Active Directory are all strong plusses.
