As our SAP Instructor you will deliver ongoing SAP training to users in North America as well as assist with training delivery across the globe as part of a global SAP roll out to approximately 6000 users.  Instructors will also assist SAP CC with end user support. 

 

 

Specific tasks for this position will include but are not limited to:

 

1.  Design courses based on a predesigned template while incorporating local business process requirements

2.  Develop and maintain course materials.

3.  Setup and maintain data in the training system.

4.  Conduct courses as lead instructor for designated functional area.

5.  Work cooperatively to provide end user support as needed for designated functional area.

6.  Gather user feedback on course effectiveness and continuously improve the courses as needed.

7.  Ensure course attendance is properly recorded in education tracking systems.

8.  Manage course registration and logistics.

 

Interested candidates must meet the minimum qualifications:

 

§ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Training and Development or a related field and 3+ years experience developing, delivering training and managing training projects, or MBA preferred with equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

§ Requires experience with SAP as a user, super-user or consultant; SAP project work experience, preferably in international environment.

§ Demonstrated experience developing, interpreting, reporting, and modifying training courses, programs and plans. 

§ Excellent presentation, communication and customer service skills with ability to target training and messages to different types of audiences in different contexts.

§ Demonstrated ability for creating presentation and training materials.

§ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.

§ Talent for motivating and inspiring others as well as handling resistance to change.

§ Team-oriented but also able to work independently with a high degree of responsibility.

§ Possesses good analytical skills and has a structured approach to work.

§ Ability to work with the details without losing sight of the big picture.

§ Ability to function in hectic situations and under pressure.
