SAP HCM Principal

 

Chase Winters Worldwide (a leading retained executive search firm) is currently conducting a highly visible search engagement for a SAP HCM Principal for a premier global management consulting and information technology firm (with offices in 50 countries).

 

The Principal will actively participate in developing the market strategy, firm building activities and client delivery (linking strategy and technology in a global economy).

The Candidate lead a team of global IT professional & subject matter experts in establishing business & functional requirements. Candidate will interface with middle and senior executives to develop business implementation strategies, formulate projects plans, and address specific issues that may arise during an engagement.

A leader and key contributor in project management of large SAP implementation projects and teams; significant team leadership experience over Process Streams / Functional Areas

Requirements

 

·  Previous consulting experience is required, preferably Big 4 Delivery and Business development profile in ERP transformation; multiple large, complex SAP related consulting projects. 

·  Experience should include multiple full life cycle implementation experiences throughout all phases  of the package implementation lifecycle. 

·  Key modules: SAP HMC, HR ECC, SD, MDM, CS,  BW, EC-CS, PS, SRM – Order to Cash, Order  Management, and Logistics MM – Inventory, Procure-to-Pay, SCM

·  A leader and key contributor in project management of large SAP implementation projects and teams; significant team leadership experience over Process Streams / Functional Areas

·  In depth knowledge of ASAP-based Package Implementation Methodology and key deliverables

·  Willingness to travel 4 days a week

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required, prefer MBA
