SAP ECM Consultant
- Implementing Enterprise Compensation Management (ECM) functionality. - Minimum 3 years of Functional experience configuring / implementing Enterprise Compensation Management. - Experience with ECC 6.0 is required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of web-based ECM transactions such as Budgeting and Job Pricing. - Participating in and facilitating meetings, interviews and workshops focused on collecting business requirements (including Job Catalogue) for ECM. - Understanding of technical development of custom iViews, Business Server Pages (BSPs) in order to recommend innovative solutions for ECM. - Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
