LSI Consulting is a SAP and Business Objects services partner specializing in the public sector with an exceptional reputation for quality. LSI’s tremendous growth is fueled by our GovOneTM, CampusOneTM, and HealthOneTM template-accelerator solutions for the Public Sector markets we serve, as well as our Remote Application Managed Services business. As a result of this growth we are looking for experienced SAP consultants for our public sector practice. We are currently seeking the following:

 

SAP Consulting Recruiter

 

Responsibilities:

 

SAP Recruiter with a minimum of 5 years direct, hands on experience with recruiting SAP consulting professionals.

 

This individual will work closely with LSI’s Sales team and with our VP of Operations, to gather upcoming job requirements and to build a solid pipeline of qualified, available SAP Public Sector candidates for full time employment & contract employment, on long and short term engagements on both the East and West coasts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

· SAP recruiting is the highest priority of this role

o  Must have experience with job boards, peer to peer networks and personal network of qualified candidates

o  Develop and maintain and candidate network and in-house database

 

Qualifications/Skills:

 

· Requires excellent problem solving, oral and written communication, and interpersonal relationship skills

· Proven ability to confidently and assertively liaise with candidates, staffing partners and senior management

· Team player with strong work ethic and excellent oral and written communications skills

· Must be able to manage both internal LSI and candidate responsibilities

· Must be able to use common office tools such as Excel spreadsheet, Power Point, etc
