They are one of the most recognized brands in North America and had annual sales in excess of $4.5 billion last year. Responsibilities:The firm has 2 major projects facing it in the near future. They are in the process of implementing SAP BI and the candidate will be expected to support the implementation and help with the integration of BW and existing R3 systems. They are also currently on SAP version 4.7 and will be looking to upgrade to 6.0 after the BW implementation is complete. This role will be a key contributor to this upgrade. Along with this the candidate will be expected to help in the day to day support of the current SAP system and help to resolve user issues as they arise. The candidate will be expected to work directly with the business users from time to time. Qualifications:The qualified candidate will have at least 4 years of hands on SAP ABAP programming experience. The ideal candidate will have an additional 4 or more years of programming experience as well. Experience with Smartforms, and SAPscript are required. Additional experience in BAPI, BADI, user exits, reports, queries, EDI and ALE highly desired. Strong IT, technical troubleshooting and good customer handling skills are a must. Advanced degree in IT or business preferred. Candidates must have excellent oral and written English skills.
