Risk Analyst

SUMMARY



The role of Business Risk Analyst is to support Computershare's Risk Management program by providing guidance to the various business lines, ensuring adherence to the risk program, assessing and reporting the state of risk and working to mitigate risk throughout the business.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.



Consult with business line management to ensure risk have been captured and rated properly.

Work with management to promote the reduction of risk by enhancing controls when necessary

Work with operational management in designing and implementing risk management improvements, and ensuring their proper implementation.

Become the subject matter expert for the Paisley Risk system and provide assistance and guidance to various business lines on the use of Paisley for risk management.

Monitors and reports on the progress made to address control concerns raised against the business area.

Monitor adherence to risk program via reporting, sign off and action plan resolution.

Assist in the education of risk management and the risk policy throughout the company.

Review Forensic reports to identify items to be referred to Anti-fraud and control enhancements needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE



Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



COMPUTER SKILLS



Ability to learn new systems from an end user perspective. Ability to educate the business on the purpose and day to day use of the risk management system.
