Revenue Cycle Industry experience a focus in Patient Access or Patient. Accounting but would prefer a generalist knowledge of the Revenue Cycle. Must have exposure to hospitals in non-for profit and for-profit with some years experience in consulting (internal consultant with a company or external with a firm). Would like to see at least 2-4 year consulting experience. Completed either full Revenue Cycle redesign efforts singularly or as part of a team (at least 2 or more) med. to large scale. Assisted with or has completed SOW writing as part of a client engagement or assisted with completion of work task, outlines, or deliverables. Essential Job Functions Business: Gather business requirements through a variety of techniques (e.g. work sessions and interviews) and facilitate design workshops. Business: Build the case for action and help to obtain buy-in from the executive sponsor of the mission, vision and strategy, and case for action. Business: Assist with the development of conceptual business model views and high-level and detailed business process designs to the Elementary Business Process (EBP) level and Derived Logical Process (DLP) level. Methodology: Develop the required work products for the Business Process and Application domains of change. Management: Lead a team of 3-5 resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources), in your area of expertise, to successful conclusion of a project phase. Technical: Assist in prototyping business applications to ensure accuracy in design and applicability to user requirements. Relationship Management: Establish credibility at all levels within the client and build problem-solving partnerships with the client and colleagues. Leverage: Understand the sales process, its information and support requirements, and assist business developers in identifying or qualifying leads. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Five or more years of experience in business analysis and design Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology Experience working with techniques and approaches for business process design Experience working with techniques and approaches for test planning and execution Other Qualifications Good workflow analysis and business process integration skills Good communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment Ability to devise creative business solutions Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
