Philips Customer Service Organization insures delivery on commitments to consumers. Programs and operations designed to quickly, efficiently, and courteously address any issues that may arrise after purchase of our products Your Responsibilities: Activities: Returns Prevention, Returns Processing, Manage first point of contact for Philips for all returns issues related to policy with dealers and internal departments, ie. Sales, Transportation, Marketing, and Service.Update/maintain Approved Model list by Dealer according to model and shipment information.Handle non-standard, non Qualifying requests for RA per PCE policies.Bill-Backs to carriers for Damaged in Transit Create RMA's for returns as appropriateProactively communicate with major accounts returns groups.Confirm and initiate PGI process when determined that warehouse did not ship product or product not received back in the warehouse once Proof of Receipt (POR) is provided.Train all administrators on systems involved to ensure customers receive their return authorizations within a 72 hour turnaround.Reduce returns by helping resolve issues repeatedly occurring by the carriers. Your Profile: Other requirements: > 2 yr experience in Sales, Marketing, Logistics, or Customer Service Negotiation/Influencing skills Partnership/Relationship management . University degree Multicultural experience Personal: Strong communicator (verbal and in writing). Energetic, dynamic; Inspiring.
