Ensure that full requirements are captured and documented to allow design, development and QA of the described system to proceed successfully. Requirement development and management are based on the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and will be expected to produce activity diagrams, process flows and use cases. Business modeling will be performed when applicable. The Requirement Analyst will work in conjunction with a Project Manager, Technical Team Lead, Developers, and QA personnel. The candidate must be a team player and able to interact successfully with all the above mentioned groups. The candidate should have the ability to follow a written Requirements and Configuration Management and process and to suggest process improvements.Candidate will have at least 3 years in Requirement Analysis, including but not limited to the following:• Use Case Development and Modeling• Process and/or Activity Diagrams• Business Modeling• Requirement Workshop Facilitation• Requirements Managements skills including Requirement Traceability.Also Desired:• RUP or OPEN RUP• Rational Tool Suite, including Requisite Pro, Rose, ClearCase, and ClearQuest• Agile Project Concepts• Ability to mentor less experienced analysts.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
