We have an immediate opportunity in our Kennesaw, GA territory for:Report WriterResponsibilities: First point of contact with our Field Installation Team and outside customers to create reports for the Sleepware Diagnostic System. Required to answer questions, make informed recommendations, and provide guidance to internal and external customers on the features, application and use of Respironics Sleepware Diagnostic System.Write custom report templates that meet the demands of our Sleepware Diagnostic customers.Act as the primary contact for customers with report requests or issues.Participate with engineering and new product development team in the development of new report coding that meets the requirements of a changing field of medicine.Research, record and provide appropriate feedback to customers with regard to product capabilities.Inform Product Managers on customer issues related to custom report utilization.Maintain technical expertise with Microsoft Word and its use with the Sleepware Diagnostic Software.In conjunction with management, define goals for personal and professional development.Take responsibility to execute their personal development plan to grow within current role and to prepare for future roles.Requirements: This position requires the minimum of an Associates degree.Credit will be given for computer science or I.T. Certificates will be considered with an understanding of logical programming concepts.A successful candidate will possess: 3+ years experience creating detailed and complex reports with superior MS Word skills. Must be creative and have the ability to customize the appearance of the reports for each customer.Experience with reporting applications, such as Crystal Reports or similar applications, that aid in the design and delivery of customs reports is a plus.Ability to learn clinical applications and terminology of industry products.Understanding of computer functionality and experience with minor PC troubleshooting is required.Professional phone skills and Customer Service Skills highly desired.Familiarity with SAP is a plus.Occasional travel could be required (5-10%).At Respironics Inc., our products improve the lives of patients with a variety of respiratory needs in the hospital, homecare, critical care and neonatal environments.
