Our Infrastructure Solutions Services Management (SM) practice provides strategy, assessment, design/redesign and implementation solutions for Public Services clients in all areas of Services Management, Remedy Architecture and ITIL.Primary Responsibilities will be:- Provide leadership on service management project tasks including the assessment, strategy, design and implementation in one or more Services Management process areas- Assist our clients in assessing IT operational maturity and identifying targets for process improvement- Support the definition of technology requirements and the selection of Service Management technologies in support of target state process designs.- Manage client relationships in delivery roles- Contribute to the growth of our practice through solution and business development support- Mentor and manage junior team members Position-specific Requirements: - 7+ years experience as a Remedy solutions architect, with demonstrated experience in custom web-based Customer Relations Management (CRM) solution development, design and implementation, including requirements gathering and analysis, application design, code development, system documentation and training. Technical skills must also include systems integration, database design and development.- 3+ years strong background in IT operations and/or support - 3+ years experience in Service Management initiatives - 3+ years experience and certification in the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)- 3+ years familiarity with one the leading IT management tools (e.g. HP OpenView, Micromuse, BMC Patrol, Tivoli, CA Unicenter, Remedy, etc.) - 3+ years Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access - BS or BA Degree in IT, Engineering or Business required- US Citizenship required, DoD Security Clearance a plus.Logistics: Travel may be required based on client needs.
