Receptionist/Dispatch/Administrative Assistant - To $28k
Opportunity:
Catalyst Technology Group, Inc. is a technology consulting firm seeking a full-time Receptionist/Dispatch/Administrative Assistant. The position requires performing a variety of administrative, phone, and reporting tasks. The successful candidate should be able to learn about IT products and services and will be required to interact with other staff knowledgeably.
Responsibilities:
· Answer phones, transfer calls, return calls, and document technical requests from customers.
· Majority of time will be spent performing scheduling and dispatch of technical requests with a busy technical staff.
· Check the status of technical requests and keep in contact with technical resources throughout the day.
· Update customers and/or request more info as needed.
· Perform client and vendor reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
· Perform a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
· Perform data entry in our proprietary database and web-based applications.
· Perform Internet research as requested.
· Schedule interviews, appointments, and other meetings.
· We have an IMMEDIATE NEED for this position.
Qualifications:
· Excellent phone presence
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.
· Must be able to pass a criminal background check
· Basic level of technical knowledge - ability to troubleshoot minor Windows issues and use of consumer computer devices such as iPods.
· Internet savvy
· References to support a proven track record of working well with others.
· Punctual with an excellent attendance record.
· A quick learner
· Good typing skills
· Upbeat and positive personality a must
· High attention to detail
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience up to $28,000 . We offer excellent benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with matching; paid vacation, holiday and sick days.
