Receptionist & Administrative Assistant
Front Desk, Travel desk, General Administration & Secretarial duties. Expertise in - Word, Excel, IE, Outlook express and Lotus Notes is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Answering telephones, filing and greeting customers
· Filing, Sorting mail, Faxes and other general office duties
· Printing of business cards, letterhead and invitations
· Travel & Hotel arrangements
· Status of Supplies & Place Order Accordingly through phone & Internet
· Handling reception tasks, incoming material, Outgoing material etc
· Computer skills – Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Netscape &
Internet Explorer
· Previous experience with working in a IT company would be preferred
· Coordination with Human Resources, Accounting and Sales Department
