Lifestyle Protection Plan. 401(k) Plan with Match. 100% Tuition ReimbursementDescriptionEnsure the client ClearCase environment operates at maximum efficiency.Lead/participate in Disaster Recovery/Continuity of Operations for the Rational Suite Platforms.Mentor younger ATS staff and Government employees on ClearCase operations.Conduct training sessions in Rational ToolsSuite.Author user documentation when required including customizing Crystal Reports.Support client Change Management and Business Process Development and Adoption.Required SkillsA Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a minimum of three to five (3-5) years of detailed ClearCase and ClearQuest administration experience. Must be proficient in ClearCase MultiSite and backend server scripting. Must have demonstrated experience assisting user base and proactively working at improving overall systems efficiency. Prior experience with Server hardening conforming to Government Security guidelines is a plus.Certified Rational ClearCase administrator. Working knowledge of all Rational Tool Suite products.
