Quality Assurance and Business Analyst
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. The incumbent should have experience with rapid prototyping, SPO operations and philosophy, and should have strong oral and written communication skills. Possess a MA/MS degree in computer science, engineering psychology, or human factors engineering. Ability to conduct analysis of user requirements to design, conduct and document the results of rapid evaluations of prototype healthcare systems and demonstrations. Capability to develop test scenarios for evaluations based on user requirements and engineering prototypes.Design and conduct user evaluations with users and user surrogates, including development of rating scales and structured interviews and to conduct statistical and practical analysis of evaluation results. Participate in analysis of user requirements through interviews with users and SMEs. Provide design guidance for user interfaces and functions to be performed by prototype healthcare systems to development/integration software engineers. Demonstrated capability to write/review documentation of user requirements and the results of evaluations of human-machine systems. Possess excellent customer interaction skills.
