Position Summary: As a QA Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing and executing white, grey and black box testing plans for our proprietary applications as well as for our site. You will perform integration, regression, and release testing under aggressive schedules. In this position, you will work cross-functionally with developers, project owners, internal end-users, and engineering staff. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to: Developing test plans and cases for product features experience. Conducting reviews of test plans and cases, building consensus with developers and project owners. Assuring test case authoring, documentation, execution and result tracking. Overseeing and educating documentation of bugs, with steps to reproduction, expected and actual results, and resolution. Working with all levels of Business Owners, Functional Areas, and Developers. Work with all level of the organization to drive issue to resolution This position requires the following skills and experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field, or equivalent experience Minimum three years of software testing and quality assurance experience Strong knowledge of testing process, methodology, and the software development lifecycle Experience creating, running, and maintaining regression tests Familiarity with software release procedures and requirements Strong understanding of test automation techniques and frameworks Strong analytical skills and ability to assist others in brain storming and problem solving.
