QA Consultants

We are currently looking for full-time IT consulting professionals with at least 8 years in software development and over 5 years of QA testing experience.  The successful candidate will have experience leading and executing systems testing efforts. The candidate will require experience in testing in a .net or java environment, Mercury Quick Test Professional (QTP) and Quality Center/Test Director (test automation tools), and the systems development lifecycle. Knowledge and experience with rapid, iterative development and test methodologies is also required. 

The candidate needs to form a working relationship with the business and with the development team.  This person must blend client management skills with communication and systems analysis skills in order to be successful.  Candidates must be self-motivated and willing to work in an energetic, fast-paced and team-oriented environment. 
 
Required Skills and Experience:

* Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
* Experience within the pharmaceutical industry
* Excellent organization and communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Well-developed facilitation and collaboration skills
* Proven leadership qualities and demonstrates *team player* orientation
* Candidates should show evidence of possessing a rigorous and structured approach toward systems analysis, applying best practice methods 
* Experience with test tools such as Test Director
* Experience with the test automation tools
* Bachelor*s degree in Management Information Systems or related discipline
