Quality Assurance Analyst (SQA)Description: Looking for 2 sharp Software Quality Assurance Analysts to collaborate with product management and engineering teams to develop a comprehensive set of tests for web-based applicationsMajor Responsibilities:1. Work with users to reproduce bugs and log proper bug reports 2. Collaborate with Development to validate bugs and get them fixed 3. Assist product and engineering teams to define requirements 4. Run manual test scripts and maintain automated testing scripts 5. Analyze failed tests and manage defects using the bug reporting tool 6. Perform extensive functional, integration, and UI testing 7. Analyze product requirements, create test plans, and identify deliverables8. Requirements: 1. 3+ years experience writing test cases and test plans 2. 3+ years working with both traditional Waterfall and Agile methodologies3. 3+ years testing database driven web applications4. Solid experience in functional testing, regression testing, GUI testing and defect management5. Good knowledge of automated testing tools and techniques6. Good bug writing skills7. Good understanding of software development life cycle, QA methodology, and process8. SQL database skills (writing queries, interpreting results), preferably with MySQL and Oracle is a plus9. Experience writing automated tests for web applications with Quick Test Pro (QTP) a plus10. Java knowledge is a plus11. Excellent inter-personal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment12.
