SKILLS: 

· * 3-5 years genuine experience in QTP

· * Excellent verbal and written skills

· * Needs to have worked at least 2 years as QA lead.

· * Experience building and implementing test automation frameworks

· * Excellent hands on scripting knowledge

· * XML, webservices experience is preferred

· * Insurance experience is preferred
