We currently have an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Manager to be based out of our office in Nashua, NH.

 

The QA Manager oversees a team consisting of Software Quality Assurance Specialists, and other QA department staff. This individual is responsible for ensuring that the company’s products meet total quality management standards and other reliability standards. Works closely with Manager of Development and Product Management on successful Release Planning and  Deployment strategies. Defines appropriate test plans based on specifications and data models for product development. Responsible for highly complex projects and provides work direction to those with less experience. Hires and maintains a highly trained staff.

 

This position will:Plan, specify, manage and implement Software Quality Assurance standards and procedures Researches and implements new or improved testing methods, processes, tools, and systems. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of a suitable QA test lab environment.  Develop test schedules, monitor schedules and manage resources to meet commitments and ensure product quality at the time of release within committed schedules Evaluate quality risk for product releases, changes, and fixes and propose test cases to address risks. Serves as a resource for QA staff on testing approaches, and application knowledge. Team with the Product Manager and Development Manager to help orchestrate the development, release and Beta process. Participates in Design hand off meetings with Product Management and Development.
