Q/A Lead

The QA Lead will perform a key role within the IT department coordinating QA resources ensuring coverage across all development and infrastructure projects while acting as a QA resource on key projects. The QA lead will be a key player in defining future best practices.

 

The QA Lead’s responsibilities include but are not limited to;

 Define quality standards for company software products and test environments.Identify areas of improvement for the quality assurance process in order to increase efficiency.Provide leadership to Quality Assurance team to ensure integrity and completion of the testing process.Provide quality review of test plans at outset of projects. Schedule resources to provide 100% coverage to all IT projects. Act as QA resource on project teams as required.

 

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science Excellent analytical skills.Strong oral and written communication skills Experience in writing test cases and scripts. Interpersonal and relationship management skills, customer service orientation Prior experience with Technology related projects and process development.Ability to prioritize and relate complex information clearly and concisely 5-10 years of experience in a technical QA environment. Understanding of QA best practices. Previous Leadership experience in developing and managing diverse staff.Experience with automated testing methodologies. Must demonstrate a solid track record of delivering results.
