The Proposal Center Sr. Manager provides management of the Proposal Center department operations and personnel. Your Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of Proposal Developers and Proposal Production Support team members across remote office locations. This includes all aspects of people performance management: Supports established quality standards for employee performance. Provides assessment, feedback and coaching for employees in support of corporate culture and job requirements. Develops and delivers employee annual performance reviews. Provides overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality proposal responses and a high level of customer service to both our internal and external customers. Ensures that the highest standards of customer service and department protocols for service delivery are adhered to. Ensures highest level of training for cross business team from product knowledge to legal training to contracts administration. Ensures efficient analysis of incoming proposal requests, allocation of resources, efficient management of assignments, cross boundary support, quality control and on-time completion of projects. Ensures that all department processes, protocols and standards are established and adhered to.Provides management reports to include win/loss activity, trend reporting, developer efficiency, benchmark analysis, etc. Develops strong partnership with sales to support the effective and efficient delivery of customer proposal requests. Translates company directives into organizational goalsEstablishes and assures adherence to budgets, schedules, workplans and performance requirements. Your Profile: College degree or equivalent experience.
