Healthcare IT Technical Support, GSSNA Your Responsibilities: Manage new implementations and upgrades for clinical information and PACS systems.Develops project plan Executes projects Follows PHILIPS HEALTH INFORMATICS project methodology Maintains issues, risks, and change management logs Reviews project progress against plan and takes action to correct deviations Communicates project progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders. Ensures projects meet customer satisfaction expectations Accurately forecasts milestones including revenue recognition dates. Industry and business knowledge Project Management knowledge Product knowledge Knowledge of Healthcare Informatics and Professional Services.procedures Presentation skills Tolerance for ambiguity and risk Influencing and persuasion skills Excellent listening, writing, and speaking skills Self confidence Ability to work in cross functional and cross organizational teams Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project Management) Professional certifications in, project management desired. Participates in the retrospective project audits to determine opportunities for improvement in the scoping, definition and contracting of professional services Your Profile: Seasoned clinical project manager, PMP certification desired, prior work experience with PACS a plus.Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other related field or equivalent combination of academic and work experience.Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare technology or combination of equivalent related experience and education.Requires a broad understanding of multiple technology solution areas in healthcare with specialized knowledge in Cardiology or Radiology Systems Implementation.
