SEI – Cincinnati, LLC (Systems Evolution, Inc.) is a boutique information technology and management consulting firm with established operations in Cincinnati, Atlanta, Boston, and Phoenix. Our Cincinnati team has a strong focus in providing senior-level leadership in Strategic and Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, and Organizational Development.  We are looking for leaders for full-time consulting work in Greater Cincinnati.

 

Skills and Experience – Any or All of the Following:

 PMP preferredExceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and customer-facing skills Ability to collaborate effectively with staff on all levelsStrong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM) / Organizational Development (OD) / Process Modeling and/or Strong Technical Project Management skillsStrong analytical skills in process analysis and process design Ability to lead and manage various systems and applications projects Experience in technical assessments  and strategic information systems planningAbility to assess and implement best practicesBackground in Business Process Development/ReengineeringStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to motivate and facilitate a team approach to goal accomplishmentAbility to collaborate effectively with staff on all levelsSix Sigma experience, CMM background, and/or Master’s DegreeConsulting background
