Responsibilities administering the Investments IOF/IT Microsoft Project Server installation as well as working with internal personnel to assist with the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for the Investments IOF/IT Program Management Office. Candidate will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the Microsoft Project Server and will assist with the creation and roll out of processes for project time tracking, demand management and quality assurance. Activities will include: monitoring and supporting the Project Server job schedule, execution of software/hardware upgrades and patches, creating and maintaining centralized support plans, developing and running reports related to server data, resolution of server problems, assisting with QA Process Compliance Tracking, QA Process Development and Training, SharePoint Project Folders maintenance and establishment, Change control report tracking, QA report creation and updates. Track progress to plan and adjust approach to maintain commitments. Support of the scope change management process by documenting requests, assisting with understanding criticality of changes to the business and impact to the project commitments. Understanding basic concept of business, accounting, management information systems – especially the Software Development Life Cycle Familiarity with SQL and SqlServer Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project Strong writing and organizational skills Ability and enthusiasm to understand new technologies and business processes Effective communication and interpersonal skills Experience Required: 0-2 yearsEducation Required:Bachelor’s degree required. Technical or Business Degree preferred.
