US Citizen or permanent resident required. Must be clearable for position of public trust. Essential Job Functions Write test procedures based upon new digital NOTAMs requirements.. Conduct testing of the digital NOTAMs system.Write test reports. Analyze test output data and develop recommended solutions.Ability to work with system and functional requirements. Assist with system test plans. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field preferred Four or more years of programming or testing experience Experience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems and software Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software Other Qualifications Java (J2EE) programming skills Experience working with system and functional requirements Analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs FAA and NOTAMs experience desired.Interpersonal skills to interact with team members Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with PostgreSQL database Sun Identity Server JBoss Business Rules EngineRemote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
