Program Manager, Employer Brand Strategist

In this role you will apply your strategic expertise to develop, drive and sustain attraction strategies to drive quality candidates to meet HP's future hiring needs. The Employer Brand Strategist reports to the Global Employment Brand Program Lead and is a part of the Communications & Branding team.   This fast-paced role is highly cross-functional and requires a proactive and driven marketing-minded individual with a real passion for communicating HP's commitment to current & future employees. This role is ideal for a self-starter individual who enjoys being part of a team that is creating a new way of thinking within the HR space -- thinking strategically while executing at local level. To be successful, you will embrace the challenge of forming key partnerships that will enable your new ideas into action within the organization.   In this role you will: Bring proven employer brand expertise to create end-to-end brand segmentation strategies for key hiring initiatives Manage development of print and digital media branding solutions with external and internal resources- experience with new media & creating strategic media planning Consult with broader communications team to extend employer brand across employee lifecycle  Have responsibility for creating & supporting global partnerships across multiple lines of business. Demonstrate proven experience managing agency & vendor relationships (including job boards) Effective relationship building skills a must Drive, communicate, edit & execute creative messages & campaigns Have experience with campaign & ROI management  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism or Mass Communication Requires a minimum of 6+ years experience in practical application ofHR, marketing, communications, PR, and advertising in a business environment. Prefer experience in a highly matrixed organizational structure. Advanced communication, networking, project management, oral and written skills required. Proven ability to work concurrently with multiple projects and set priorities which align with key business goals and influence global management teams. Ability to think outside the box, and deliver exceptional results in a customer-focused organization.
