Business Network Consulting (BNC) is currently seeking a seasoned Professional Recruiter to join our team at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado.  The recruiting team provides hiring support for both our Denver and Dallas locations.

Your Responsibilities:

As Corporate Recruiter, this position is responsible for proactive recruitment strategies to support of both our Denver and Dallas locations.  Most of our hiring is for our core IT Consultant positions – additionally, we have hiring needs for sales, account managers and other office positions to support our technical team.  You will be recruiting the best talent in the IT industry, conducting first round interviews, participating in subsequent interviews and ultimately closing the candidate on the position.  You will have the full support of BNC’s department heads to accurately define the positions and the necessary skills needed to be successful within the organization.

Your Requirements:


You will be expected to use your experience with sourcing techniques to identify top candidates for BNC positions.  You will have an opportunity to develop a recruiting strategy using multiple sourcing channels to meet the staffing plan for the business.  Previous recruiting experience with technical positions is desirable.

 

· Previous sales experience.

· Passion for placing technical candidates; significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing and closing technical candidates.

· Demonstrated experience with creative sourcing methods via networking, organizations, internet sourcing, referrals and direct recruiting.

· BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline and/or equivalent work experience, 5+ years of related recruiting experience.

· Effective strategic thinking, search skills, problem solving, cross group collaboration, and oral/written/persuasive communication skills are necessary.

· Experience with applicant tracking systems.

· Excellent negotiation skills .

· Active cultivation and participation in a positive, teamwork environment.

· Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates.

· Occasional travel to other office locations is necessary for interviewing and meeting with hiring managers.

· Making recommendations to hiring managers based on your industry knowledge/experience.
