Manufacturing Administration Your Responsibilities: This position is responsible to work with partners/customers across multiple sites, Product Management, Production, Production Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics and Service Organization to create and manage the most complete and accurate Master Production Schedules.This position is accountable to plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor the Master Production Schedules based on sales forecast and engineering plans for multiple products. Create weekly build plans for multiple products and input detail information into SAP system. Schedule incoming sales orders and work with Order Administration, Manufacturing and Engineering to ensure delivery dates to customers are met. Coordinates production plans considering labor loading and capacity requirements to ensure materials are provided according to schedules. Act as the primary Factory interface for daily order management and delivery process implementation issues. Support initiatives to improve planning effectiveness in the areas of forecasting, delivery timeliness, and inventory management for all current and new products programs. Factory Order Management: includes scheduling/availability, backlog management, order changes/reschedules, expedites, Production priority setting, head count modeling etc.Assist with new product planning, transition impacts, ramp up/down. Product representation and structure input. Accountable to effectively analyze production demands. Provide report information for use in management decision-making. Support continuous improvement activities within Supply Chain organization. Your Profile: Bachelor's degree preferred or at least 5 years related experience in Planning or Procurement (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Must have an excellent understanding of MRP and inventory and production control practices.As a key representative to many internal partners and external suppliers, must be organized, efficient, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to influence others and negotiate terms based on a strong understanding of team goals, objectives, and priorities. Must be assertive, self-directed, and a good team player.
