Product Lifecycle Data Management (PLDM) Your Responsibilities: - Direct the development and lead the implementation efforts for upgrades and enhancements to PLM systems. This includes project plan development, direction of requirements and specification preparation, obtaining resources, cross-site and cross-functional coordination, budgeting, periodic progress reporting, user training, verification and validation to the standards required by R&D, Q&R, and others, as well as project documentation.- Promote fully electronic (paperless) communications and document vaulting practices.- Work in collaboration with IT and business leads in other functional areas to ensure PLM systems are simple, robust and reliable and obtain the level of efficient performance that users expect and the business requires. Also, ensure assigned IT resources are effectively applied to the issues impacting efficiency and accuracy.- Represent BGU as a member of a PMS Global PLM Solution team, ensuring the business requirements of BGU are met. - Represent BGU as a member of PHC or Philips solution application teams ensuring the business requirements of BGU are met. Develop and implement division or corporate-wide functional solutions, supporting PLDM processes, and in accord with PLDM objectives and values. Your Profile: - Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences desirable- Previous participation in implementation, use and sustaining functionality of ERP or PDM applications- Results oriented and able to optimize project resources to realize business objectives- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing large scale projects- Experience with developing cost/benefit justifications- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Effective negotiation and influencing skills Contacts: Philips Notes Philips is an equal opportunity employer.
