Procurement Specialist

Description:The Procurement Specialist is a member of the local Indirect Procurement (IP) team with responsibility to provide strategic and sometimes tactical sourcing expertise and provide the link to local Information Technology & Services (IT&S) business requirements. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with the IT&S businesses and buyer groups that he/she represents and Procurement Associates (if applicable) to communicate business needs and participate in the development of the commodity strategy. The successful Procurement Specialist will be proactive, responsive & flexible, and provide leadership in Procurement to the BP Business Units and Functions stakeholders. The Procurement Specialist will be comfortable in working with key medium to high-level IT&S stakeholders.Qualifications:- 2+ years work experience in IT Procurement
