Develops extensive logical narrative to clearly express abstract methodology concepts, complex asset content and related items in a format which can be broadly understood by practitioners across the enterprise. Assesses process requirements for corporation, defines and identifies critical information needed and incorporates feedback into processes and systems. Promotes the use of methodology and process within the team and the corporation. Contributes to work product reuse; develops and implements improvements to life cycle development tools, processes, approaches and/or techniques incorporating best practices. Interacts with various internal disciplines, both formally and informally to create and maintain an internal network of subject matter experts for capturing relevant, critical information and industry information. Provides expertise and assists individuals and teams in the selection of supporting methodology, tools, processes and techniques. Performs as team leader in structuring work, decision making and achieving consensus. Plans and manages projects for producing assets, including facilitating interaction with a broad range of company experts and enterprise stakeholders. Designs and integrates conceptual frameworks, processes and other methodology components. The focus of this position will be Change Management process, policy and procedure. Produce required reports to Senior Management. Update policy documentation. Enforce Policy. Participate in audits of policy. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business applications or related field preferred Five or more years of methodology experience Experience working with structured design approaches Experience working with development tools, processes, approaches and/or techniques Experience working with Catalyst methodology structure and content Experience working with company methodologies and process frameworks Experience working with business and industry process resources, innovations and standards Other Qualifications Good interpersonal skills to interact, develop relationship/influence both internal and external personnel at all organizational levels Leadership skills to mentor and provide guidance to personnel Good facilitation and negotiation skills Good analytical and problem solving skills Good technical writing skills Organization skills to balance and prioritize work Project, risk and issue management skills Personal computer and business solutions software skills Ability to elicit knowledge from information channels and transfer to processes as applicable Ability to work as part of a team Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
