Our business is expanding and we are searching for a a Principal Consultant with strong Siebel CRM and/or Salesforce.com background to join our team. Our client sites are located throughout the Eastern United States; therefore, if you live near a major airport and are open to a 3-4-5 travel schedule then this role is a match for you.

Primary responsibilities include: Leading and managing engagement projects and teams.Establishing solid client relationships and expanding existing engagements; working to develop new business. Providing technical leadership and delivering solutions. Operations management – staffing, resource planning, coaching and developing consultants.

Required qualifications: Bachelors’ degree in relevant field; an advanced degree and/or technical or project management credentials. 5-7 years or more of applicable technical and management experience, including a strong track record of career progression and increasing responsibility. Demonstrated success leading full cycle implementations of Siebel and/or Salesforce.com, including ability to effectively manage client relationships, at all levels, on projects from small to large. Functional domain expertise and knowledge of “best practices� in underlying core CRM processes, for example: sales force automation, call center management, marketing automation. Ability to work effectively with sales and marketing teams to develop new business. Strong leader with collaborative, team building approach and demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others Sound organizational and prioritization skills; demonstrated success working in dynamic environments. Solid communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical solutions to end users.
