Duties for the position are as follows: - Meet annual Knowledge Management objectives for the People program as defined by the leadership by participating and coordinating annual projects aimed to improve usage and usability of the People program products and services. - Monitor country compliance with annual MyKX marketing and strategic plans - Train users and stakeholders based on the People program annual marketing/communications plan and in coordination with the KM Awareness & Culture team - Maintain communications, collateral, training materials and KX help documentation for MyKX profiles - Maintain procedural/governance documentation for MyKX profiles - Report monthly metrics for MyKX profile usage and completion - Participate on assigned Knowledge Exchange technology and business process improvement projects by documenting requirements, reviewing technical options, and conducting acceptance testing - Support integration efforts of Country Knowledge Managers and DTT's People Data Integrity (PDI) team to maintain country people data into DCprofiles and MyKX - Support Knowledge Exchange publisher questions and issue escalation/resolution related to MyKX Profiles application - Participate on global consulting KM team projects, as requested, for other programs or cross-team initiatives. - Extensive use of Web-related and Microsoft desktop technology, especially Microsoft Excel and Access advanced functionality - Extensive use of Omniture metrics reports - An understanding of knowledge management concepts and practices - Flexibility to participate on projects while completing daily responsibilities - Works well in team environments and has the ability to work in a culturally diverse environment - Ability to train one-on-one or in small teams - Clear written and spoken communication - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio) - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Knowledge Management - 2-3 years experience with Web site development and user training - Able to demonstrate past success with customer support - Knowledge and some experience with Web-related portal technologies, especially Microsoft's Sharepoint - Solid business understanding of consulting - Experience in Omniture reporting About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
