Job Description and Responsibilities:

Â· Coordinate incoming phone and email requests for issue resolution and requests for product information

Â· Provide phone and email technical consultancy and customer service to resolve customer issues and answer customer questions

Â· Issue RMA when the problem is hardware related and can not be repair over the phone or email.

Â· Documents all requests and records all activity in CRM and RMA management tool

Job requirements: Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Operating Systems, IP Addressing, DOS Commands, Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills is an advantage.

2. Must be able to communicate (listen, speak and write) effectively with users.

3. Must be willing to work on addition hours with short notice
