Part-Time QuickBooks Inventory Guru, $30/hr.

The position is for 2 days/week and will pay $30/hour.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

•       Extensive job, customer expense allocations
•       Activity-based costing analysis
•       Handling of expense receipts, reimbursements
•       Preparing bank deposits
•       Performing bank statement reconciliation
•       Performing physical inventory reconciliation
•       Use of Company's web-based intranet

REQUIREMENTS:

•       Accounting Degree – B.A. or B.S.
•       Minimum 7-10 years bookkeeping experience
•       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
•       Experience with QuickBooks Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition
•       Knowledge of activity-based costing concepts
