PROJECT MANAGER / Business Operations Specialist
Develops detailed plans using PMI standards Develops schedules with project tracking and oversight (what to do and how to get it done) including managing time, cost, deliverables risk, customer expectations and relationships, 3rd party suppliers. Required skills: Skills: Takes responsibility for client satisfaction w/deliverables Recognizes IM/business opportunities and helps develop them Provides good work effort status and completion time estimates Provides technical guidance to more junior staff members Provides leadership on moderate sized projects under supervision Effectively organizes and prioritizes their work Project Management: Uses tools to track project progress and keep clients updated Decomposes complex projects into components Identifies dependencies and predicts completion times Can inspire confidence in the technical staff Exercises control of the cost and schedule elements of a project Efficiently organizes multiple project segments and assignments Professional background in PMI with 10+ years experience, BA or BS required; MA/MS desired.
