POS Help Desk Level 1 Analyst

For quick consideration apply hereWe are currently seeking qualified Level 1 Point of Sale Analysts with strong working knowledge of Point of Sale environments. Candidate will be dedicated to providing on-going support and operations for all POS Operations. The specialist will take calls from locations all over the US and abroad and will be able to trouble shoot a wide variety of POS equipment. The specialist will also walk locations through Standard Operating procedures. The specialists will support and maintain several styles of Point of Sale from your small “convenient store� or “gas station� style POS to your large “grocery and department store� environments.Responsibilities: • Respond to telephone calls, email and personal requests for technical support in a timely manner and have the ability to explain technical situations to non-technical individuals. • Document incidents/problems and clearly document the issue, troubleshooting steps taken, and comments in an incident management system. • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems and escalate problems to other support teams when necessary. • Work in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to frequent change and be able to work a flexible schedule • Work with diverse groups and individuals to set goals, establish priorities, and solve complex problems Requirements: • Ability to provide support to end users on a variety of topics including Windows 98/2000/2003/XP/Vista, MS Office, printers, mobile devices, and email issues • Mature, self-motivated, and professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem solving/analytical abilities • Strong commitment to quality customer service • Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow direction and best practices • Desire to help others and share your knowledge with other team members • Strong ability to multi-task • Regularly demonstrates initiative in supporting the customer outside of expected job assignments • Attention to detail • Candidates must also be able to work any shift, holidays, and weekendsDesired Skills: • One (1) year experience in a technical support or Service Desk or POS environment • Customer Support/Service Desk/Call Center experience • Any current certificationFor quick consideration apply here Location:   Irving, TX 75062 Status:   Full Time Job Category:   Customer Support/Client Care Career Level:   Experienced (Non-Manager) Email:   Apply by Email Reference Code:   TX2463
