PMO - Scheduling Analyst

Description Organization: Application Outsourcing Location:  Sacramento, CA People within the Application Outsourcing are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients.  As part of our application outsourcing team, you could be helping to provide the programming, management and maintenance services needed to implement and support installations of both custom and packaged application software Our AO resources can expect to: â€¢ Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.• Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas• Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package Job Description: The PMO Analyst will assist with day to day functions of the Project Office while adhering to project standards and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: â€¢ Responsible for developing and delivering the Primavera project schedule for the project team as well as the client• Manage project schedule update cycles• Provide day-to-day quality assurance and provide oversight of Primavera project schedule• Document and track issues and action items and the steps taken to address the issues in regards to project schedule Qualifications Basic Qualifications: â€¢ Minimum 1 year experience as a PMO Analyst• Minimum 1 year academic or professional experience with Primavera scheduling tools.• Minimum 1 year experience in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)• BS/BA or 3 years related experience  Preferred Qualifications: â€¢ Experience with managing large-scale public sector pension projects• Knowledge of program support and coordination Professional Skill Requirements: â€¢ Proven ability to work independently and as a team member• Attention to detail• Strong communication skills• Professionalism/Interpersonal skills Our people are our most important asset and we invest considerable resources to provide on-going training that builds and extends professional, technical and management skills in all areas.
