The ST Area Office Organizational Development team provides communication, organizational change management, strategic, and tactical services to the Systems Technology Area Office and various members of the leadership team throughout the Systems Technology Area.  This request seeks an organizational development analyst who is able to operate at a strategic level with communications and organizational change management as key skills.  However, some coordination and tactical work will be required. Additional responsibilities are listed below.  Area Level ODA: This resource will serve as an ODA at the area level.  Responsibilities include: Proactively promoting and enabling cross area communications Coordinating organizational development services at the area level.  This includes providing organizational change management and communication support for the ST Area Office (internal and external to the ST Area Office).  Support ST Delivery Managers by proactively promoting and enabling communications across infrastructure roadmap topics Involvement with stewarding and advancing the ST Area Office OCM Strategy Maintaining a broad perspective across the ST Area Office and Systems Technology as a whole. This includes proactive collaboration and interaction with peers and leadership Additional skills and experiences required for this assignment: Is Prosci Certified Has effective communications and listening skills. Is able to perform a task analysis and explain the function of a relationship map and how it can be used for task analysis.Is able to facilitate the extraction of highly detailed information and develop the relationship of that information to other data previously gathered.  Is highly motivated and takes initiative to work with leadership in the identification and resolution of problems and issues Additional skills or experience that may be helpful (but not required): CEP training.  CIBER, Inc.
