Organizational Development Analyst
Blackwell Consulting Services is looking to onboard Organizational Development Consultants with CEP (Center for Effective Performance) certification or training. 5+yrs experience in Organizational Development is required.
In addition to this skillet, the right candidate must have one or more of a combination of the following:
• Prosci or Organizational Change experience
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification from the ASTD
• Firefly
• ITIL Service Management experience (ITIL - Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
Location and Additional information:
This position is in Central Illinois. We are seeking candidates who live in Illinoisor are willing or relocate. Relocation assistance is provided as well as 1 month of corporate housing. Blackwell offers a competitive salary as well as bonus paid quarterly.
